Terms and Conditions on Hardcopy Books Shipping:

1. Shipping Time:
   
   • Orders are processed within 2 business days after confirmation.
   • Delivery timelines may vary based on location (4-10 business days within India).
2. Tracking Information:
   
   • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS upon dispatch of the order.
3. Refund Policy:
   
   • Refunds are NOT applicable under any circumstances.
4. Damaged or Wrong Book:
   
   • Complains regarding missing , Damage or Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  
   • You must record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the package. (Ensure the AWB Label is clearly visible in the video)
   • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
   • In case of a valid claim, we will replace the book with the correct copy.
5. Delivery Issues:
   
   • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
